It was very interactive and interesting with lots of opportunities to practice

A really excellent course that was right up to date, thought provoking and full of really useful advice that can be put into practice. Susan was extremely knowledgeable and used her great weaIth of experience really effectively, but still managed to put me at ease and build my confidence. I found her insights were very finely honed and her attention to detail and the small things that could trip an interview up was just what I was looking for. All of this has meant I can update our crisis plan, confident that I have been given the tools to do so. Thank you.

Really helpful and confidence building

The training gives you the confidence to talk and being more prepared to give the message you want to deliver. It gives you the techniques you need to have structure to the interview. Overall a really good training session and I have learnt a lot.
