Incredibly valuable. A well structured session focused on providing me with the skills necessary to represent my organisation in a credible, honest and empathetic manner in front of the media. Susan's real world experience as a journalist proved to be invaluable, using her experience to demonstrate pitfalls in my approach. All feedback was delivered in a respectful and constructive manner that enabled me to understand and then apply the learning throughout each of the exercises.

Excellent training. Very focused. Understandably and well-structured explained skills for effective communication. The training has a small and concise part of theory and several practical exercises. I highly recommend this training for people who need to communicate with the public through the media.
