I found the repetitive scenarios alongside targeted advice relevant to me (as opposed to general advice), all of which forced me to deal with what I considered daunting ahead of time, gave me a considerable confidence boost. Not only did this prepare me to give media interviews, but it has given me the tools to continue honing those skills on my own/with colleagues.
The course was great, lots of handy pointers and showed the importance of practising. Both tutors very engaging and nice to work with
