The course was very interesting and I came out of it having knowledge of a number of things that I did not know. Our training provider was absolutely excellent and made me feel so comfortable. She kept us totally engaged.

Really well paced and Helen's knowledge and adaptability really brought the content to life for us. There was a mix of colleagues from OSB in the session and Helen demonstrated bringing on knowledge of how suicidal conversations might show up and how to adapt some of the word patterns for colleagues who maybe don't feel brave enough saying "how are you planning on carrying this out.".
