Really good course - but as I'm such a beginner it would have been better to cover slightly less and do it more times/more thoroughly so content could be remembered. Also it would be good to ask delegates if they need to cover certain tools for their every day work life.
Course materials could different and more interesting.
Trainer very approachable and knowledgeable, was able to cover a lot of different things over the two days and gave us enough time to practice techniques ourselves. Usually end up with the learning style where they want you to follow you as they go along but this was a different method which I hadn't had before and I think I preferred it.
Looking forward t the more advanced course
overall a very good course. I learnt a lot on the AutoCad software and being as new to the programme found it very valuable
No course confirmation or joining instructions were sent prior to the course so arrived not knowing if course was going ahead. No training materials/handbook were provided which would have been very useful for note making.
I had quite a few invoices sent through with different figures, this was a little confusing and I think it should be the accounts team who deals with this. Facilities available The teaching was a little fast at times and you're not able to make notes but teacher is great and feel open to asking questions
