Trainer was slow. So we chose to skip the practical session though the trainer offered to demonstrate the bolus feed. It could have been good if the trainer demonstrate how to start the feeding pump as we had few nurses in the training
The course was adapted by the trainer to meet our needs as registered nurses.

Useful course for someone who is not a registered nurse or has no background with deep suctioning. More detail and depth needed for registered nurses.Friendly trainer, no handouts provided and therefore cannot comment on those.
Unfortunately this did not include any content that I did not already know. The gap in our understanding is around the evidence for what is considered a deep suction and this was not referred to within the content. Trainer was engaging and clearly experienced.
