Very informative, a great refresher and I learnt something new
In-depth explanation and practical section. Great deal of knowledge passed down by the presenter. It was amazing.
Trainer was knowledgable and interactive. Pace of the course was good, lots of time for us to ask questions if needed
All was well explained and a good pace and the group was engaged throughout, was good i was able to relate to the children I care for
