It was really good lesson for me. I have get knowledge about peg feeding, safety aspects and prevention from infection. Use proper manner to deal with service users who have peg tube. Overall I am confident and happy with peg tube feeding. Additionally I wanted to comment on my trainer, Sharon. she was very intracting throughout the session and clear any doubts I personally had. Very professional and same time friendly.
Extremely good and helpful explained everything really well
The company has very poor organisation and communication . Call centre was not helpful and the books and papers we were supposed to get before hand were not sent out . Confirmation of location , time , tasks to prepare was not sent out .
