The course was good however as the students were all new and have very limited knowledge of the machines and the trainer was trained on our specific machine, the practical section was a little hard going. I did learn a lot so overal it was good.

Having not enough sufficient time to revise for the course material to get prepared for the exam at the end of the course . But overall all good
Fast paced with alot of information but not impossible to take it all in once given a practical demonstration to visually see what information was given the day before
Much more detailed than washer disinfectors. The PPT could be more organised with subtopics ( eg. a section specific to Bowie Dick ; to include the relevant features and facts more thoroughly. Some sllides were quite vague. Otherwise, a worthwhile course. Thank you.
fast but informative course, with alot to take in but was presented well and all questions were answered so that all could be understood
Was expecting the course to reflect the content of the HTM more than was. There seems to be much more to be aware. Would have liked more opportunity to expand on certain areas of the content, considering the legality of carrying out weekly / quarterly tests. Overall, the course content was completely new to me. Have enjoyed it, and will enjoy being part of the team here at NSECH in maintaining the operation of WDs.
Brilliant, quite intensive at times due to lack of working experience, but course has helped. Hard but very enjoyable
Keith was easy get on with and very approachable, however was unsure about the WHTM's as it was his first time doing the course in Wales. I think more preperation relating to how our department work's and the Welsh HTM's would be beneficial as the training could be explained around this, making it easier to understand.
The trainer is approachable and accommodates questions.
