Good levels of knowledge passed on as well as a good balance of hands on and classroom training. Tony was brilliant.

The trainer was very friendly and approachable . He was very happy to answer any questions and was extremely thorough with his teaching. It helped with the course having regular breaks as there was an awful lot of information to take in , in such a relatively short space of time. I came away from the course with an improved knowledge of all the complexities involved with the importance of the decontamination process. Thankyou :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, Luke Mason was a great trainer, very knowledgeable, delivered the course extremely well and was very approachable, patient and always happy to go over anything that needed going over again if not fully understood, very good week.

I can honestly say i found the course to be of great value , i have gained significant aditional knowledge under Luke Masons professional style of teaching, this all aided by his real world experience within the industry . The course struture of class room and site practical testing worked very well with hand out material/ document's being very relevant, i entered the exam feeling completely prepared

Good course and knowledgable trainer

Really good course and Kieth is very knowledgeable.

Both courses where well presented (first day was a bit long as it was in room) all in all good four days.

Everything went well but the trainer did note a couple errors amongst the materials/handouts.

The course was very well outlined and will undoubtedly help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of quality processes and their significance. It is particularly beneficial for individuals whose job roles require compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS). The content is both informative and practical, making it easier to apply the knowledge in real-world scenarios
