Good presentation, would reccomend splitting the presentation into smaller sections as it can feel long winded.

Learning more in depth about the washer disinfectors was interesting, and knowing how to limit user error from test results. Keith made the sessions interesting also, as it can be hard to go through a whole day of going over a powerpoint.
