Having not enough sufficient time to revise for the course material to get prepared for the exam at the end of the course . But overall all good
Luke Mason the trainer was competent and was intesting hear all the information from him. I hope the next course will be with him.
Luke was knowleageable and very accourate in his explanation, but at the same time he had the right amount of hands-on experience to give us valid exampltes for pretty much all we asked for.
Luke Mason was very good at explaining content at a level I could understand (i'm clinical not a tech). Made me realise how much i knew already without realising and this course helped me put all the snippets of information together to make sense.
well organised and well presented. trainer explained everything perfectly clear.
Very good course, trainer was very knowledgable and professional.
I came into the training knowing not a lot but left following the training and Keiths presenting skills with a pass for the course and more knowledge. Thanyou
