Keith Miller was an excellent trainer, he was very knowledgeable about standards and even very specific details about the sterilization processes and commonly known faults with the autoclaves in general. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Very good course but could be more relevant to work at a dental practice rather than large hospital situations.

This was a very informative course and will go nicely now along with some Cantel training, thanks to Keith who was a great trainer who kept the course not to be too boring!
