The trainer has a great knowledge of his work, overall it was a good course for someone like myself to attend.

Very happy with the course, Well presented by Ray, only aspect of the course that could of gone better was having stable working laptops/loggers etc when it came to the practical side of the course.

Keith Miller was an excellent trainer, he was very knowledgeable about standards and even very specific details about the sterilization processes and commonly known faults with the autoclaves in general. Overall a really pleasant experience.

This was a very informative course and will go nicely now along with some Cantel training, thanks to Keith who was a great trainer who kept the course not to be too boring!
