good course

Didn’t have proper kit to work with cabinets not working, also put into a small room no other room available.

Very good overall, some parts were not relevant

Very knowledgable trainer with a good delivery style and pleasant manner. I've never worked with EWD's before but have learnt a lot this week.

a lot to take in , but keith explained it to the point that even me who has never had anything to do with the machine could understand to the point that i would be confident doing the weekly test and gained knowledge for the annual test.

A knowledgable, approachable instructor. On site training was cramped.

Keith was an excellent trainer, however the content of the course was a more in-depth than my knowledge base allowed. This was due to my level of previous knowledge, not keith's training! Have learnt lots over the last two days about decontamination. Thanks Keith!

Very good and knowledgeable course however could possibly use more practical sessions on the machines.
