some of the course did not cover what i need to learn. and some of the Questions was hard to answer as I am only HCA in my role
my only feedback is that i found the navigation around the different modules not that easy to follow, having never used your website before.

Good course, got through all questions I had and delivered in a way where the information will be remembered appropriately and resources given to find information if forgotten in future
It enlightened me, as I never knew what the engineer did each week. The only problem is we have new machines that we are still getting used to & have no back up IMS, to help qualify the results we are recording. The trainer did a great job.
