Trainer excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Materials of course dated and lacking information, sometimes even contradictory to HTM.

The course was very well outlined and will undoubtedly help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of quality processes and their significance. the course was not relavent to doing the autoclave. this is more at engineer level. does not explain or show how to do the autoclave, going away still needing training on how to do it.

The trainer was helpful and patient. The way he explained the materials made the course very interesting and informative and i would highly recommend the course.
