The course is real helpful for the requirement of ssd, also achive more knowledge about washer disfinfection and the area of engineer to sign out their document on accurate of quality expectant on audit side of ssd.

Good levels of knowledge passed on as well as a good balance of hands on and classroom training. Tony was brilliant.

A lot of info to take in, but fairly easy to understand.

Good balance of theory and practical. Suggest create shorter training cycles fir the machines, there's a lot of waiting!

The trainer was very friendly and approachable . He was very happy to answer any questions and was extremely thorough with his teaching. It helped with the course having regular breaks as there was an awful lot of information to take in , in such a relatively short space of time. I came away from the course with an improved knowledge of all the complexities involved with the importance of the decontamination process. Thankyou :)
