Productive, interactive and informative

The workshop was fantastic! I love how we got a good mix of interaction time with other participants, meaningful discussions, real-life examples and useful tools. The discussions really resonated with me!

Workshop was presented well & flowed well

I really enjoyed the RISE program. I felt that it was very well thought out, each week we covered a different area, and we had homework tasks to help consolidate our learnings.

It was great and just what I have needed.

My biggest problem is I tend to talk too much when giving feedback. The SBI method will help me be more direct and succinct when giving feedback

Loved the course and found it so invaluable while going through a situation at work at the same time as doing the course,
