Perhaps a full day of ILS to anyone who is new and maybe even a full day of ILS every 3 years or so for staff who have done it regularly.

Overall, i felt more confident with this course . The trainer was clear ,explained in full details would be nice for her to be our permanent trainer. She is well knowledgeable.
