The Immediate Life Support training was delivered to a very high standard. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and created a supportive learning environment. Complex clinical scenarios and emergency response principles were explained clearly, with excellent use of practical demonstrations and hands-on simulations. The course was well organised, relevant to clinical practice, and increased confidence in managing deteriorating patients and emergency situations.
