Our trainer was Jess Kerner and it was actually pretty well run and I wouldn't have minded having it as a full day session as there are plenty of scenarios to discuss and it was quite enjoyable to discuss their management in depth.

Jess Kerber was absolutely first class as an instructor and assessor. I rate her highly. Very impressive by her knowledge as well as her humaneness
Really enjoyed today's training. Was done professionally by experienced paramedic. When something went wrong we had chance to repeat again.
Good instructor put you at ease for those of us nervous doing scenarios.
