Both trainers were exceptional and i found this course the best one yet
Overall, I found the ILS recertification course very beneficial. The mix of theory and hands-on practice helped build confidence in managing emergencies, and the instructors were clear, engaging, and supportive throughout.
Enjoyed it so much
Andrew made us feel involved and he was friendly. He has good knowledge of the course and answered the questions rightly.
Training content and trainers were great - even working around lack of equipment.
