I believe what made the course actually great were George and David, they were very engaging and easy to talk to and allowed us to ask questions or answer questions without judgement. They gave us feedback and showed us how to fix something during the practical. Without them, I think the course would have been a tad boring but having them be so engaging with the whole group made it better and also helped me refreshed little pieces of knowledge that I had forgotten from my first time taking BLS. Thank you George and David!
James our instructor is good and effective. Not intimidating at all and we can be more confident and free to ask questions.
