Both trainers were great and really helped consolidate my understanding on the guidelines and how to do moving & handling safely. They made sure I understood before moving on to the next topic, and were very helpful and let me practice as many times until I feel confident.

Enjoyable and informative , met all my training needs and learnt few new techniques. Easy to understand for someone who is Dyslexic . Many thanks 🙂

Vidya was my practical teacher, she was very knowledgeable and keen to teach. She answered all questions fully. Offered us plenty of time to recall information whilst still offering prompts and support when we got stuck.
