Thank you for the thorough ILS training. The clear explanations and step-by-step guidance made complex procedures much easier to grasp, and I feel more prepared for real-world applications.
I really enjoyed today’s training. I found the whole course to be extremely informative, and Akin was very knowledgeable. He was very supportive and ensured all participants were provided with 1:1 support throughout the simulations to ensure competency and good understanding of what to do and WHY it is done.
