ILS training was very educational. The course was well-structured and the instructor explained everything clearly, which helped me feel confident about the theory and practical skills. I learned a lot and feel much more prepared to handle emergencies.

I have learnt lots today as ILS is somewhat out of my scope as a physiotherapist. I feel equipped with more knowledge and confidence in dealing with an emergency/ cardiac arrest situation. Natalie was a fantastic teacher, it was relaxed but extremely informative and knowledgeable was delivered in bite size chunks and repeated enough times to take on board in preparation for performing the scenarios.

The training was very interesting and i enjoyed the teachings. The instrutors were amazing
