Sophie was professional and made the course fyn
I was really impressed with the training style of our trainer he presented in a way which was very knowledgeable but relax enough to not frighten the team and get the best out of them Also I am partially blind and he asked if there was anything he could do to make things easier for me which I really apricated
Trainer was really good, he really helped and made it fun for us to learn
The room was not appropriate as it was freezing and we had to sit there in our coats
