Overall, I found the Moving and Handling training very informative, practical, and well presented. The trainer explained the techniques clearly and gave helpful demonstrations that made the session easy to understand. I now feel more confident in using safe moving and handling practices and understand the importance of protecting both myself and the individuals I support. The training was engaging, useful, and relevant to my role.
