Very good knowleged and effective understqnding
In 40 years this is the best ILS training I've ever had. Janine was knowledgeable, engaging , and the method of assessing and consolidating knowledge through simulated team and individual tasks kept the momentum going all day. Really effective course, excellent trainer!!
