Without a doubt, the most useful training I've received. Very informative. Trainer Jess was professional and knowledgeable.

I appreciated how all our questions were fully answered by our trainer, Dale, and, where necessary, included real life examples; no asked questions were treated as silly or irrelevant. All in all, l enjoyed the course, as it was delivered in such an inclusive, engaging and demonstration-rich way. Liked Dale's down to earth training style!
