Overall very good as a generalist manual handling course. Areas more specific to my area of practice which can be niche would be helpful as I will be training others in these techniques. I found the advice for teaching and plans helpful and useful to apply when going back to practice.
Enjoyed the course, it was entertaining at the same time. The trainer kept us engaged
