Generally well presented, very friendly trainers, not fussed that we forgot a step but reminded us in a polite way not forgetting their sense of humour...very nice.

presented knowledge base clearly and concise with good examples, I enjoyed how the class was encouraged to participate in questions in an easy atmosphere. The course was more than a refresher and I really feel like I have gained up to date new information and guidelines. Thank you for an excellent session and keeping all attendees focused
