Covered everything well and in a way that was memorable for actual scenarios.

The trainer makes sure you understand the scenarios and the follow the correct assessment patern before moving on, the videos were good as well

Jess delivered the PILS training thoroughly and covered all topics clearly. She assessed each of us rigorously and maintained high standards throughout. She was friendly and professional.
