Great trainer and interesting course. Definitely improved my confidence. The only thing that could have been better would be advice for wheelchair users as we see these people a lot in our work

Im not going to lie, Yearly ILS is something I generally dread. However I found this trainer engaged me throughout and I really enjoyed the day as well as learning a lot. Thank you to James
