BIYA was friendly and approachable. Excellent knowledge for the physiology aspect. It was on occasion a little challenging to understand what was said due to Biya speaking quiet quickly. But clear with questions asked
Overall very good as a generalist manual handling course. Areas more specific to my area of practice which can be niche would be helpful as I will be training others in these techniques. I found the advice for teaching and plans helpful and useful to apply when going back to practice.
