It was impactful to my knowledge. The trainer was excellent.

I Enjoyed the course and felt I could perform the tasks if faced with an emergency thanks to the teacher who ensured we understood the content and were competent in performing the practical tasks

45 minutes break will be better

The trainer Gupal was very explicit. I have been attending ILS training but this is the best. I remember A Airways, B for breathing, C circulation, D disability , E exposure
