Both Steven and Timi were friendly, inclusive and above all knowledgeable. Made the cohort feel at ease, and allowed questions to be asked or clarified any common misnomers/bad habits that may have been picked up. Good pace, clear speech and in depth explanation of both psychological and physiological bodily responses to traumatic events.
