The course was very informative and hands on but I feel I like I could benefit from having some more practice. I now understand that anyone can use a defibrillator that’s available in a public space as the machine talks you through the steps of what a person would need to do in an emergency situation. My perception was that you need to be trained on it however that myth has been debunked now that I have learnt otherwise.

Really enjoyed this course. Feel confident in PILS. Would recommend the trainer who made it enjoyable and engaging.
