I found the real-life scenarios in the ILS course very useful. I never have medical emergency in my work before, but practising these situations many times and changing roles with other participants help me feel more confident if it happens. I also learn about medications and how to manage emergencies step by step, putting the 4Hs and 4Ts into practice. I learn how to do the most important actions first, speak clearly with team, and stay calm. This practice is very close to real work and help me be ready for emergency.

Really enjoyed the course, excellent refresher and new information learnt.

Overall a very pleasant training where everyone was able to participate, give feedback and have space and time to demonstrate what they learned.
