Overall, I found the ILS recertification course very beneficial. The mix of theory and hands-on practice helped build confidence in managing emergencies, and the instructors were clear, engaging, and supportive throughout.

Andrew made us feel involved and he was friendly. He has good knowledge of the course and answered the questions rightly.

I feel the course was one of the best i have attended at the nuffield !! James was so engaging and explained all content fully and made everyone feel comfertable .he could anwser all relevant questions with good explanation .
