Very nice instructor. Encouraging and approachable. But would be good to have a Trust grab bag to hand so easier to apply to day to day life. Started late due to instructor not being able to park.
The course was very good and useful, with relevant practice scenarios used.
Janine was very good and knowledgeable. She was kind and explained things in a clear way and ensured she observed everyone in what they were doing to ensure they were competent. She gave constructive criticism if needed.
Very thorough in delivering the training and was easy to follow . I feel very confident now.
