The course was well structured, engaging, and highly relevant to my role. The trainers were professional, knowledgeable, and created a supportive learning environment. Scenarios and practical exercises were realistic and clearly linked to practice, which helped build confidence in applying BLS skills. Questions were encouraged and answered clearly, and all participants were included throughout. Overall, a very well-delivered course that met my objectives fully.
