Overall very good. Was not looking forward to today and wanted to make the most of it and not be a boring session, but it was the complete opposite and was a great day.

I have attended online sessions previously but in person was far better, trainer, venue and course participants all helped my learning

One of the best training courses I have attended in a long time. Selina is excellent, knows her subject and makes it easy to understand/how to implement.

The Venue was excellent and the trainer was very helpful and patient when doing the course. I feel I learnt loads that will help me going forward.

The training was well structured, engaging and very relevant to everyday management challenges. the focus on developing a positive attitude and growth mindset was especially impactful.
