Love the course so far, I feel like I've taken away alot from session one. I really like the office building- it is just a lovely environment to be in. The icecream was the cherry on top :)

Was a 1-2-1 session due to numbers so was able to share my screen and work very closely with the trainer which was good.

I found the training really using. The facilitator was engaging which made it better to grasp the information.

I found the training really useful, the facilitator explained everything in plain English which was really helpful and easy to understand. Had the option to practice the exercises a couple of times which helps memorizing the functions.

Excellent training - facilitator was excellent in answering questions and keeping things moving and interesting with a bit of humour aswell!

Communications with Gill and John prior to the training were very good. Gill delivered the training with clarity and enthusiasm. She displayed so much knowledge and I was able to ask questions freely.

Gill paced the course very welll considering the mix of experience on the course

I enjoyed the course and it was interactive, however I still feel would have benefitted from f2f as find full days online difficult. Recognise some individuals have much further to travel than me though
