Wasn't too fast, wasn't too slow. Ed checked to make sure everyone was understanding and helped when people didn't.

I am very happy with today's learning. It's exactly what I needed to further my learning in providing effective feedback. As always, Happy have created a safe and comfortable environment for me. This is my 6th training course and I look forward to continuing the journey with you. My suggestion is to consider spreading it out across two days. Despite the generous break, by 2pm my brain was foggy and I felt less able to contribute as a result!

I think Paul was really sensitive and guided the conversation really well with lots of positive language and calm tone that made everything feel really well-paced. I feel like I really learned a lot during this and I think it'll be really useful.

It felt a little rushed - I could have done with a little more time to understand all of the concepts.

Adele was great and made the learning friendly & engaging - always difficult remotely! I didn't know quite what to expect from the course but got way more from it than I thought, the chunks were relatable to projects I'm expecting to crop up and laid out in a way that was easy to understand.

Edmund was extremely patient with me, despite my slower pace and I really appreciated the clarity and depth of explanations. It was a very enjoyable session and it gives me confidence to create reports in the future.
