Really informative and practical course

I was extremely happy with the training because it was an area I had very little prior knowledge of. Upon completion I felt I had gained significant, actionable knowledge that I could implement into my work. Mike did a great job of involving everyone, explaining key terms, providing actionable feedback, and keeping the session engaging.

In terms of structure it would have been more beneficial to have Mike in the training room, however we managed very well in the end using various tools to make it work. Mike is a great trainer, he made the session engaging, fun and productive. He kept us on track and yet gave us the freedom to explore topics very well. Mike explains this topic very well and does not use overly complicated methods, it was a very practical session with some great practical outcomes.

Generally I really loved it and learned a load. On reflection, it was good to be able to break the course down into modules and do it over a period of months - breaking things into chunks meant you could think about implementing one thing at a time. I liked the prework too. It meant that time on the call was maximised and not too long, though it didn't always relate directly to the session content (not that that was a massive problem). If I have one suggestion it's that the bits where Stephen spoke to slides felt a little slow sometimes. Not at all a criticism of Stephen (who was excellent!) just that I felt the info could have been imparted as a pre-read or a video to watch up front, and that would have maximised the time on the call for more practical interaction: role plays, discussion of the topic etc. Like I say, though, a really minor point. It was a great course!

Very helpful and informative course, it was easy to understand

The course was excellent, really through, well paced and fun. Sarah made it relevant to soft skills with was good.

Ebeji was really great as a facilitator, very enthusiastic and got everyone involved. Even when one of us had done a task she gave us something else to search for which kept us all engaged.

A very informative session, very helpful and enjoyable. I feel significantly more confident using Excel.

Learned a lot of new tips from this which make me a lot faster at making spreadsheets

Great Learning experience, not one person was left behind on any information and was extremely useful.
