It exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting the class to be so interactive. Very happy it was because I was engaged from beginning to end .

Great training session today. Paul kept me very engaged and I have 100% came away with knowledge I did not have before. Although it was a day training course nothing felt rammed or rushed and had a nice even flow to the learning that lasted the whole session.

Absolutely brilliant course. Paul was brilliant and I've learnt so much. Just wish i could do more. I love the fact we have been given the handbook to go back with, which will be so helpful.
