Great course. Very informative and paced well.
The training course was well structured and informative. The content was relevant to my role, and Paul explained the concepts clearly with practical examples. I found the sessions very engaging and useful and can apply them to my work

Rachael was great, the way she conducted this interactive training was lovely. She involved every one in the room and she answered all the questions raised. I personally benefited from the training and I am happy that I joined and was part of it.

The session was great and Rachael was very engaging, whilst we were learning it also felt very fun & interactive. Having periods of reflection off the back of tasks set was also a great balance of the two.
