This was really useful training, it helped me to realise that most people have struggled with writing a report and that people are always willing to help out where possible.

This was an absolutely brilliant course - Paul was so engaging and also very sensitive to people’s anxieties about speaking in public. I feel equipped with numerous tools to use when planning and delivering future work-related presentations.
It was sometimes a little slow, but I appreciate that not everyone in the session is at the same level.
Excellent course! I would highly recommend. The structure, pace and content was delivered brilliantly. Highly effective! I feel more in control of my workload and have a new toolkit of strategies to ensure I am as productive as possible.
The facilitator was very helpful, most of the participants on my session had already used the old Sharepoint but one of the participants had never used it so was at a completely different understanding level to the rest of us but the facilitator ensure that she was learning at the same rate as the rest of us and answered any questions we had.
Amazing recap overall as I always forget the logics order, it will be easier when creating G-doc !
Very friendly and thorough we went through things at a pace that was easy for me to learn quickly and get the meaning of certain things that I had no idea about.
