Hard to fit a full topic into two hours so although this was well managed by Jo a little extra time would have helped.

The session was really good. Insightful and thought provoking. I came away with a fresh appetite for actively using coaching within my role,

I can in to the training with an open mind - not really knowing what to expect. Very happy with the subjects covered. Possibly too many subjects - maybe a few less and more depth.

I enjoyed the involved nature of the programme, though I would have appreciated less on-camera time. I thought the activities were largely interesting and engaging, though some were not particularly things I like to discuss at work.
